Specifically for baseball. I know how to workout, just wondering if their are better workouts for baseball. ( running routines, is it better to go bigger weights, smaller weights, more sets, less sets, etc….)
work on running short distances like sprints. you are not running the mile out there so stick to sprinting short distances like home to first, home to second, home to third, etc. oh and strong arms are a huge part of hitting ( forearms biceps and triceps). do curls for biceps. find a bench, put your back to it, put both hands on the edge put one foot over another and dunk yourself up and down for triceps. find a stick. tie a 5lbs weight to it with a few feet of sting and hold your arms out and roll the weight up and down
