I get questions all the time about weighted baseballs and how to use them. There is a lot of controversy behind throwing weighted baseballs but I do believe they can be used for a lot of good. Here is one exercise that I’ve created. Taken from the traditional plate transfer in the bridge, you can use your weighted baseballs to get more extention and strengthen your shoulders while working on core stability.
