Real Hand Strength For Baseball

Grip, forearm, and hand strength are essential for baseball. Jedd Johnson of the Diesel Crew, and author of Ultimate Forearm Training For Baseball, shows us a few cool baseball hand exercises that can be done in any commercial or home gym with just a weight plate.

The first exercise, a plate hula, is great for supportive grip strength for baseball. This can help stabilize the wrist while throwing, or snapping, a pitch.

Plate curls will do the same while incoporating more forearm muscles.

Use these exercises to throw harder and excell at throwing and baseball.

This is some new training for my fingers and my gripping strength that I’ve started doing. It might not LOOK difficult, but I challenge anyone to go out and try it for themselves. You’d be surprised at just how painful holding your entire body weight by your fingers in chain-link fence can be!

As I already state in the video, I’m sorry for not uploading any videos in the last month. I’ve been working very hard on a few personal projects lately, some of which I hope to share with all of you in the not-so-distant future. Hopefully, by sometime next month (August), I’ll make a video to inform all of my fans about what I’ve been up to recently. So… cross the fingers on that one!

Thanks to all my fans! Your continual support, comments, concerns and questions really help motivate me to keep up with my training–to always push myself to be harder, better, faster & stronger (just like the Daft Punk song). I don’t regret for a second the day I decided to start making these Ninja Warrior Training Videos all those many months ago. I may not have won ANC4, but in the process of training and trying out I’ve certainly made a lot of friends. You guys are great!
