<p>Check out this quick interval workout that you can do with your baseball players just about anytime and just about anywhere using only a few jump stretch bands!  This high intensity workout for baseball players will increase your ballplayers speed, help them cover more ground on the field, get better jumps on stolen bases, and accomplish all of it in less than 5 minutes per workout&#8230; How Awesome Is That?!</p>

<p> I&#8217;ve got a few videos that I will be posting to the site later today, but for now I want to take a break from the ordinary.</p>
<p> As much as I love the baseball seasons (spring, summer, &amp; fall), I am a Christmas junkie!&nbsp; I love the time spent with family &amp; friends just hanging out watching the kids have a blast with new toys and watching the dog rip the wrapping paper to shreds. &nbsp;<br /> It&#8217;s without question my favorite time of year.</p>
<p> But like you probably do, I get so caught up in the hustle &amp; bustle of it all that we really miss some of the best parts of this time of year.</p>
<p> It kind of reminds me of a quote from one of my favorite all time moves, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation, &#8220;It&#8217;s Christmas and we&#8217;re all in misery!&#8221;</p>
<p> So take a minute and read the following story about the original &#8220;Secret Santa&#8221;.&nbsp; But don&#8217;t just make it a feel good story.&nbsp; Make it a DO good story.&nbsp; Head out today and perform at least one random act of kindness for someone.</p>
<p> You don&#8217;t know how holding a door for a single mom after a long hard day at work might brighten her day just a little bit.</p>
<p> Maybe it&#8217;s freezing cold and you&#8217;ve got the jumper cables to help the guy stranded in the parking lot.</p>
<p> Maybe you&#8217;ve just got an extra dollar or two in your pocket to buy a coffee for the guy behind you in line at Dunkin&#8217;.</p>
<p> Heck, maybe you can call a local church or shelter and as about a family in need and adopt them this Christmas season picking up some gifts (and maybe a tree with some lights).</p>
<p> Do what you can with what you&#8217;ve been blessed with.&nbsp; It&#8217;ll be the best gift you can give yourself this year.</p>
<p> Just keep your eyes open to the world around you at this crazy time of year and help someone out.&nbsp; I guarantee you it will make you feel just as good as the person you are helping.</p>

Train while you practice.  The Kinetic Bands will work all your Core muslces during basic drills as well as sport specific training.  Training for speed, quickness, flexibility and strength in your quadriceps (thighs) hams strings, gluteal (butt) hips and hip flexor. As this baseball player leaps over the catcher, he adds to what became part of a nine-run scoring spree in inning 8 that helped Fordham scale a 9-1 deficit to take the game in a 12-9 win.</p>
<p>The jump is so much fun to watch. See it here in slow motion, reverse, close up, and backwards again.</p>
<p>The baseball player leaps the perfect jump, the perfect arc over the catcher, and the perfect landing directly onto home plate.</p>
<p>I couldn&#8217;t believe that a baseball player could make a jump like that and catch home plate on his way down. The catcher was certainly caught by surprise.</p>
<p>What an incredible jump. My hat is off to you, Brian, for your awsome leap over the Iona catcher.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve seen one or two people say that they as runners have jumped over a catcher. But apparently what makes this runner jumping over the catcher unique is how he did the flip and caught the plate with his hands on the way down.</p>
