Mike Tyson – ‘the beast’ strength training.

In the first years of career, Mike trained only:
- a lot of crunches
- bodyweight squats
- pull-ups
- ”exercises for neck”
- and of course all of boxing training stuff
- that’s all…

At the end, he add classic strength training at gym. There are all of exercises that I ever saw, in any kind of Mike’s videos :
- incline bench
- full squats with barbell
- legs extensions
- pull-ups
- rows on machine
- crunches
- and all of boxing training.
