ok… why do i never feel a pump in my pects after i bench?? Am i doing it wrong or am i not using enough weight or what?? I usually do between 8 and 12 reps, failing on the last one. Im pretty weak and bench like 140 10 times and would like to see it improve. Any tips?? thanks in advance

Hey, i have a quick question which i think i know the answer to but i just kinda want a second opinion. I’m definetly nott new to the benchpress, so please dont answer if your a stringbean. I put my pointer finger on the ring, or about an inch and a half out from the ring. i know this targets your chest more because of the wide grip, but will it leave the inside of your chest not as buit as the oustide?? i think the answer is yes. any comments or opinions of this?
