Start with having …
Start with having the kids do this no more than 1x per week. 3 sets of 10. Then progress to 2-3 x per week, still in sets of 10. It is actually very safe, as it trains your decelerator muscles in a way that they don’t often get trained…but is extremely necessary for long term shoulder health

reps/sets suggestions. I’m working with High School pitchers- freshman to seniors. I know it will vary by ability, but it looks difficult and I don’t want to hurt the kids
