I have a 12 yr.. male ball player and he pitches pretty good but sometimes I don’t think he’s getting enough leverage or the delivery does not look very efficient. Tell me, where should his hand with the ball be when ever he at the position with his knee up? I’ve heard that he should have it by his side near belt loop and then continue low and then loop upwards till the sumation of throwing? please help
thanks
