Click here http://tiny.cc/qHaVE if you need weighted baseballs. If you already have some, head over to the website and check out some other great tips, drills, and videos http://www.yougoprobaseball.com/Landing_Page.html
I get questions all the time about weighted baseballs and how to use them. There is a lot of controversy behind throwing weighted baseballs but I do believe they can be used for a lot of good. Here is one exercise that I’ve created. Taken from the traditional plate transfer in the bridge, you can use your weighted baseballs to get more extention and strengthen your shoulders while working on core stability. This is just one workout for the weighted baseballs. Make sure you subscribe to my channel so you can be notified when I add more weighted baseball workouts and others like it.

Yeh man, try it out …
Yeh man, try it out. You’ll feel it. Even just a straight bridge for 45 seconds to a min is tough. Once you take one of your limbs out of the equation it gets a lot harder. You’ll be suprised at how much this can help if you put it into your workout routine. Thanks again for checking out the channel!
