It’s hard to define the workouts we do in just a few words, but basically high paced circuits involving a combination of functional strength, power, agility, stability, mobility… full package!
As for not being all that big… excessive size becomes very cumbersome. Bulk is useful in regards to performance only until a certain point, before it starts inhibiting you more than it is improving you.

effing impressive. a combination of great strength, athleticism, and coordination (balance). what sorts of workouts do you guys do? is it more power or agility oriented? i notice you two have a pretty decent size (physique-wise), but are not really all that big. yet some of those drills take a crazy amount of strength to do.
