Top 3 Exercises For Athletes – Sledge Hammer Edition

Casting with the …
Casting with the hammer or even with a sand-filled big red wiffle ball bat is awesome for a warm-up for pitchers. If you guys are looking to add pieces of equipment to your arsenal that are of a reasonable price and have tons of variations, then the sledge hammer is the way to go!
