i started on 5lbs …
i started on 5lbs but im 14 now and doing 7.5 kg to. dumbell reps of course but i have a different amount or reps aswell as super sets so i dont know.
I do 40 reps with medium wieght dumbells. your viens pop out and you feel a massive bulk. then you do 20 more reps with light wieghts to do the finishing touches. and you go to sleep what may be what you will have in 1 month without flexing or working out its a great sensation

I now use 5 Kgs Weights while working,
on my deltoid, its wayyyy beter doing it at home though, because ur More Focused,
and Relaxed… Keep it up though man,

When it comes to delts I think I use too much weight and get my form all screwed up. I’m 5’8” 210 lbs and bench 275. What weight dumbells should i be using?

He’s doing right but another important thing to remember is that you don’t need 100lb weights to do this exercise.. I would say that 10lb is enough since it’s more a definition muscle.. U don’t have to build mass like for biceps or chest on the back delt.
