the quickest way is …
the quickest way is to superset like 4-5 different ab exercises, doing each of them for 30 secs (as appossed to counting reps) with 5 secs rest in between. and repeat the cycle 3 times. I played D1 football… it does wonders believe me. if u want extensive details and specifics, just let me know

not too many people put out real ab videos… mostly just house wife playin around ones -.- real exercise is hard to find now..

Great videos, I do this 5 times a week forat least 30 mins a day, the first few weeks gets rid of the fat round your muscles and after 6-8 weeks your muscle tone improves immensly

u can get one in like 1 week if u work real hard….unless ur like mad fat

those 6 pack videos are everywhere.lol. This is actually a video that someone can actually use when they aren’t at home or are tired of doing the same ol boring exercises. I like the bits of muscle confusion also helps you body not plateau when you switch up the exercises thanks for the video man.
